Free Assets

Our free 3D assets are provided under a royalty-free license. You may use them in personal and commercial projects, including games, films, and other digital media.

Paid Assets

Paid assets are licensed according to the terms specified on the marketplace where you purchased them (Unity Asset Store, CGTrader, etc.). Please refer to their respective license agreements.

What You Can Do

Use assets in unlimited commercial and non-commercial projects. Modify, adapt, and integrate assets into your work. Create derivative works based on our assets.

What You Cannot Do

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original assets as standalone files. Share assets with others who have not purchased/downloaded them. Claim ownership of the original asset designs. Use assets in ways that violate laws or infringe on others' rights.

Permitted Uses

Video games (mobile, PC, console, VR/AR), Films, animations, and video content, Architectural visualizations, Educational and training materials, Marketing and promotional content.

Prohibited Uses

Creating competing asset stores or marketplaces, Extracting assets to sell separately, Using assets in offensive, defamatory, or illegal content, Training AI models without explicit permission, Creating NFTs or blockchain-based products (unless explicitly permitted).

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our assets complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Third-Party Marketplaces

When you purchase our assets through external platforms (Unity Asset Store, CGTrader, etc.), all payment processing and refund policies are governed by those platforms.

Direct Purchases

If we offer direct purchases in the future, payment terms and refund policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

No Refunds for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once assets have been downloaded. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.

All 3D assets, including models, textures, and associated files, are the intellectual property of rodion3dev.com or our licensors.

The license we grant does not transfer ownership of the assets to you. We retain all copyright and intellectual property rights.

Our brand name, logo, and website design are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

If you create derivative works using our assets, you retain copyright to your final creation, but we retain rights to the original asset components.

As-Is Basis

Our assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that assets will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Quality & Compatibility

While we strive to ensure high quality, we do not warrant that assets will be compatible with all software, hardware, or use cases. It is your responsibility to test assets before use in production.

No Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use our assets, including lost profits, data loss, or project delays.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our assets will cease immediately. However, licenses already granted for assets you downloaded before termination will remain valid.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time by ceasing to access the Website and deleting downloaded assets.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of your jurisdiction.
